Household Care

Our caregivers can help taking care of typical daily chores, washing dishes, laundry and cleaning the bathroom.

  • Personal care: bathing, eating, dressing, toileting.
  • Meal preparation: Making sure that your loved one eats nutritious meals while in recovery. Prepare specialized dietary requirements such as renal diet, diabetes or congestive heart failure.
  • Emotional care: We offer companionship, meaningful activities, conversation.
  • Transportation to doctor appointments: Our caregivers will make sure that your loved ones attend their doctor visits.
Our program is structured to work with you, other healthcare providers, the patients and their families.

Our agency provides skilled nursing services to help patients heal at home and reclaim their independence. As allowed by state law, our medically trained care-giving staff can provide a level of in-home. Our nurse will ask the patient or family questions about his/her hospital discharge instructions, diagnosis, symptoms, medications and more. This information will help the nurse create a unique plan of care.

Visiting nurses: After suffering from a severe injury, like burns, stroke, or amputation, patients often need rehabilitative nursing care to safely transition from a hospital or treatment center to home. Initially, the nurse will assess the patient’s abilities, then create a plan of care to address his or her individual needs.
Medication administration: Our certified Medical technicians will safely support your loved ones with medication management. This support will help you or your loved ones:
1. Avoid medication mistakes and harmful drug interactions
2. Get the most out of your treatment plan
3. Prevent readmission to the hospital or emergency room visits
4. Take medications exactly as your doctor prescribes

Wound care: For patients with complex, non-healing wounds or new stage III and IV pressure ulcers, our certified wound care nurses provide specialized, in-home care and education to ensure wounds heal.
Medication management: we will partner with the patient’s doctor, our nurses will develop a medication schedule, evaluate the effectiveness of medications and educate the patient and/or his or her caregiver on proper dosage, frequency and side effects.
In-Home IV therapy: Our nurses teach patients and their caregivers how to manage IV medications and nutritional support, like tube feeding, at home.
Ostomy/Colostomy care: With the guidance of our registered nurses, patients will learn how to care for an ostomy and live comfortably with an ostomy pouch.
