We Provide assistance in the home to help our patients feel more comfortable and allow them to remain independent. Our HHAs are key members of the team and work closely with highly skilled clinicians to ensure a team approach to care.
These services are provided for seniors, people with disabilities or new parents and can range from:
Personal care (bathing, dental care, hair care, toileting)
Dressing and undressing
Transferring to and from furniture
Light meal preparation
Eating
Light housekeeping
Assisting with basic activities and daily living needs
Measuring and recording patient’s temperature, pulse, respiration and blood pressure when ordered and/or directed by the home-care team
Medication reminders
Laundry
Respite care for family caregivers
Transportation
Meal preparation: Making sure that your loved one eats nutritious meals while in recovery. Prepare specialized dietary requirements such as renal diet, diabetes or congestive heart failure.
Emotional care: We offer companionship, meaningful activities,conversation.
Transportation to doctor appointments: Our caregivers will make sure that your loved ones attend their doctor visits.
